As an avid white water rafter, you have familiarized yourself with the many dangers and unsafe conditions that the physical activity brings; and so in one of your many white water rafting trips, you decided to group your buddies for a “safety talk”.

This is a talk you believe you all need and which you believe should be done prior to any actual white water rafting. First off, you tell them that no one goes rafting without wearing the proper safety gears. These gears should also be checked if these are still of good working condition. Otherwise, you defeat the purpose of wearing one for safety purposes when the item is damaged already.

You continue by saying that the most necessary safety gears that a white water rafter should wear include a helmet, sturdy enough to protect you from injuring your head in case you smash it onto a rock and a life vest especially if the rafter does not know how to swim.

Finally, you remind them that if one isn’t feeling well, he should not force his body to take on any white water rafting activity until his physician says so.
