How to Determine the Worth of a Portugal Property
Travel December 2nd. 2009, 12:25pmBefore buying or selling a piece of Portugal property, you will want to determine its worth. To do this you will want to hire an Evaluation Agent and a surveyor. While the surveyor plays the important role of measuring the amount of land the property sits on, the Evaluation Agent does the rest. For instance, a residential evaluation would take the surveyors measurements, the square footage of the dwelling, how many bedrooms, bathrooms and other amenities it has as well as the location of the property. Its really not that much different from here in the United States except that we call it getting an appraisal.
