As an investor, I am always looking for the next best deal. Recently I have planted a lot of money down in South America. The property is reasonably priced, the people are courteous and metropolitan, and the climate is consistently lovely. What more could you ask for?Although most of my purchases have been for the purpose of simply making my money work for me, recently I went down and spent some time with the medellin real estate people to look for a place for myself. I live a very hectic and fast-paced life. This might just be what I have been needing, a place to escape.
