This is where HGV Training is essential. In order to obtain that first job, you will need to have successfully completed some sort of formal HGV training. The problem that a lot of new drivers find is that they do not have the necessary connections and experience in order to get the routes and employment they prefer. In this regard, there is very little one can do except for get the training and accept the position that is offered to them.
