Not all Designers are Created Equal
Reference and Education June 7th. 2010, 10:46amI live in the Palm Beaches and used to believe that all interior designers are rich, flamboyant, and “different”. Recently I hired a designer to help me renovate an older home. She is a 22-year old who is just beginning her career. Her name is Sarah and she came highly recommended. During the many hours we’ve spent together Sarah enlightened me on the difference in interior designer wages, styles, and experience. She even taught me about the different design approaches. Sarah my be struggling to get her feet wet in her new career, but I have no doubt she’ll be one of the wealthy designers some day. She just won’t be as eccentric.
