Never Too Young to Play Golf
Recreation and Sports August 14th. 2010, 1:35amThey say it’s never too early to learn to play golf. So today, I purchased an inexpensive, child size, set of clubs for my six year old grandson. He lovingly calls it his beginner golf set. He is so proud of his tiny clubs and the black and silver bag that holds them. We are going to take his golf set to the park this afternoon so that he can learn how to properly hit the ball with his clubs. Perhaps we will begin with putting until he has some control over what he is doing. Who knows, maybe he’ll become the next Arnold or Tiger when he grows up.
