My house is really too large for me now that the kids have all moved out and my husband has passed away. I would like to sell it and use the money to buy something a bit more my size. There are some cute little homes available near where my best friend lives, so it would be good to buy one of those I think. I just need to find a Miami real estate agent that can help me with this. I think with the extra money that I will have I will be able to live nicely for quite a while, though I think I will still work part time to get out of the house.
