On Wednesday, as I was inattentively listening to the 6:00 news program on my path back to my penthouse from my vacation, I caught some news that genuinely took my attention. The legislators in Wyoming are aspiring to put a ban on all payday loan financing at once. As the reporter was delivering the story, I started to fume! The uninformed politician are accusing Payday Loans businesses for inducing financial dilemmas for the poor and they strongly sense that pay day loan customers must be protected. At that instant, I thought, that perhaps they might also address banking companies that enforce tremendous charges for hot checks, water businesses that enforce late fees and fees to re-connect service, and national charge card businesses that out of the blue declare undue interest rates.
