Getting a gift basket for Christmas is great, but I usually just throw away the basket because I have no use for it. I thought this was a waster, and knew that most people did the same thing. I decided to look up unique gifts online and see what I can come up with the give out great gifts.

I found a site that made christmas hampers. It was actually a great idea. They filled the hamper with your choice of almost anything. You could choose from coffee, fruits, chocolates, linens, and so forth. They nicely wrapped it and it made for a great Christmas gift.

These Xmas Hampers were not only a unique idea, but I could do it myself. I went to my local dollar store and picked up a bunch of Hampers. I filled them with air fresheners, shampoo, toothpaste, and other necessities. I even color coordinated them to match the hamper. I bought clear wrapping paper and bows and made them look fantastic.

When I handed them out as gifts everyone was amazed. They were really happy to get something they could actually use. Not only could they use the stuff inside for their everyday needs, but they could also reuse the Hampers.

It is amazing how you can find creative ideas online. It does not take much to make a really unique gifts and you feel really happy to get appreciated for the time and effort you put into them.
