Where Can I Find Examples of Critical Care Nursing Models?

I want to make sure that I have a good idea what should be done in various situations before I try to do this type of nursing. Can anyone tell me where I can find some examples of critical care nursing models? These would really help me out, though I know that I would have to adapt them to the various situations I would encounter during my job. Patients with different health situations would need to be treated differently for the same condition in many cases, so I need to keep that in mind.
