Overhead Press To Train Your Shoulder Muscles
Health December 31st. 2009, 6:56amAs the name suggests, you will be ‘lifting’ the weights over your head. You will need a pair of dumbbells and a chair.
In a seated position, hold the dumbbells next to your ears, with your elbows bend. Your back should be straight and not arched in either directions.
Press both dumbbells upwards, stopping just above your head. Slowly lower the weights back to your starting position i.e. next to your ears. Repeat 2-3 sets for 10-15 repetitions.
