I have Kaiser, so you all know what that means. I needed surgery on my shoulder, but they refused. They said that, for my own good, I needed to try physical therapy first. So, I got physical therapy in Los Angeles, enduring the pain the whole time. After a month, my physical therapist recommended the surgery, even though Kaiser said I needed at least three months of therapy. I really liked my physical therapist for that. When I finally was accepted for surgery, they put it off for so long that I thought I was never going to get it. Now, my shoulder functions relatively well and I’m shopping for new insurance.
