Main cause for blockage of blood to muscles is excess of cholesterol stored in the arteries. vCholesterol seems to be the main reason for most people suffering from heart attacks and strokes.
Cholesterol levels can be kept within limit if fatty foods are avoided, and vegetables added to dinners and lunch. Twenty years is the right time to start worrying about cholesterol affecting your body, for it will save your from future risks. My next post will be about, low cholesterol.
