A few years ago when I was in college I took a self defense course. Part of the course involved some slow and steady movements. I learned a lot aboutself defense but also about slowing down, deep breathing and controlling my body. Now that I am getting older, I would like to do something like that again. I have been looking on the Internet to learn about Tai Chi health benefits. I really enjoyed doing it several years ago that I think I could enjoy it doing it again. If it would improve my health that would be even better for me.
