There are two popular diets today, for those who are interested in losing weight while staying healthy. The first is the vegetarian diet, which is really the original fast weight loss diet. It involves eating fish, eggs, and other dairy products but no meats. The second, which is pretty much a follow-up to vegetarianism, is veganism. It involves everything that a vegetarian does; only a vegan does not eat fish eggs or other dairy products. They typically only fresh fruit and vegetables, and some bread and pasta; but this is not all that they eat. They also drink plenty of juice, and water.
