Learning to Eat Healthier
Health and Fitness April 28th. 2010, 6:17amI recently tried two healthy diets that work. My favorite one is very simple and is nothing more than common sense. I eat twice as many fruits and vegetables as I used to and I made changes to the junk food I eat. I gave up potato chips and much on vegetable crackers instead. I no longer drink soda pop but started drinking more water and green tea. I still feel like I eat a lot during the day but I think about every choice and no longer just grab a quick treat. I have lost 35 pounds so far and feel great.
