when i go to the gym in hte summer it has a big garage door and the owner will open it  up if it is not so hot. this is awesome. it is an old school golds gym. the owner is an ex bodybuilder and so is his wife. this gym has a great golden era feel to it. this means that there is a small room with a little cardio equipment and some machines then there is a really good weight room. right now i am looking for a tip to build bigger arms because my biceps are being stubborn.
