Would you believe if I tell you that for me the fastest way to lose weight is by eating? Eating properly – on time and right food – is our best bet in losing weight. In fact, eating five times a day is the best deal for us. How so? Because if we eat properly (three meals plus 2 light snacks) we will not starve ourselves. The biggest problem of people who are trying to lose weight by NOT eating at all is that once they give their body a chance to, they will not only eat everything that they can but they’ll devour it. Making the “diet” non-existent at all.
