It is possible that it is a short term fashion that will go out of fashion or even it could be about for years. It is controversial. The main challenge with barefoot running may be the change from footwear working out towards the without trainers. The change has to be completed very slowly and gradually or injury can certainly frequently be the effect. In the beginning many walks should be done without running shoes and some very limited runs. This needs to little by little be increased as much more could be tolerated. Numerous never have been able to make the particular move to barefoot.
