I downloaded a P90X guide last month and decided to try the program out, I’m on week 5 of the program so far and I’ve already lost 10 pounds. Needless to say, I am pretty excited at this point!

My goal is to lose 25 pounds in all, so I’m almost halfway there…

P90X is a 90 day home fitness program that mainly uses bodyweight exercises for the workouts. It also incorporates yoga, cardio, kenpo, and stretching routines into the program.

I will definitely keep everyone posted regarding my progress. I’m super excited to see my results on day 90!
