Paella is no doubt one of the most liked and enjoyed Spanish Recipes around the globe. It is that traditional recipe which has become the identity of the Spanish cuisine. Paella has a history dating back to the 15th century, it was first made in the Valencian region of Spain and then slowly was adapted by other Spanish regions. Paella is essentially made with rice, seafood, vegetables, saffron, olive oil and spices cooked slowly in a special pot. There are many varities of Paella that are offered by restaurants which range from vegetarian to non vegetarian to simple meat paella.
