The other day I had a minor fender bender. No one of hurt but I wanted to notify my insurance company of the incident because I didn’t want it to come back later on that I failed to report it. I contacted ICBC dial-a-claim and the Rep was really nice. She moved very swiftly to make sure I understood all the information I needed to submit. Once I submitted every thing over to them my claimed was handled in a very short amount of time. I was happy I switched to them after all because my other company never would have moved so fast.
