Safety training for most employers will begin with the orientation of new employees. They have been hired but no work performed until this process has taken place. Who gets the most benefit? This may be hard to say for certain but in the end everyone becomes the beneficiary. If an employee understands that certain warning signs are a call to attention in his/her work area, this prevents exposure or accident for his own person, those in the immediate area and his employer.
