Because workplace safety is a very important issue for me, I have been looking for new ways to make things safer for my employees.  Recently, I hired a safety consultant to come in and work with my staff, and to provide training in areas which I would like to see things done in a safer manner.  Even though the consultant has only been working with my staff for a very short time, I am seeing a huge difference in how things are being done and because of this change I am planning on keeping the safety consultant on for quite some time.
