If applying for a job that consists of driving for the company, you will have to go on the company’s insurance to be able to drive for them.  Also you will need a clean british driving licence to show in your interview.  Clean means without any points driving bans or convictions.  If you have any serious convictions or a ban, you must make this clear in your interview to your new employer.  If the ban has been lifted or points on the licence, it is worth checking this out and applying for a new licence so that the ban or point will not be on there when showing it in the interview.
