A tradition hailing from the beautiful South Asian country of India, henna tattoos are a beautiful expression. Many female dancers wear them on their arms and hands. In America, the concept is becoming more common, with henna tattoo parties becoming all the rage for girls and women of all ages. Henna tattoo designs are harmless and painless, and come off after a few days! I had a lot of fun once at a hookah restaurant in downtown New York City when they also gave henna tattoos. The wax was thick and warm and a dark brown, which felt strange on my skin. We had a great time!
